Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
We leave from Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia by bus. The number of seats depends on the number of tourists. Our buses feature air conditioning and wide windows for wonderful views. A qualified cultural guide speaking in English, German or Russian accompanies the tour.
The rates include: guide service, transfers from/to Tbilisi, transportation to the destinations, museum entrance fee, bottled water, meals and overnight stay in a hotel in Telavi.
The rates do not include: extra transfers and alcohol beverages.
