Dato Ratiani and his family go out of their way to please tourists. He personally drives you to interesting locations in his car, making the tours both interesting and memorable. He also offers horseback riding or trekking facilities. His family includes his wife Nanuli, his mother Tsiala, his sisters Nona and Nana, and their four teenage children - Lika, Anzor, Lana and Lile. The family speaks in Georgian and traditional Svan (the local language), while the children are learning basic English.
