Gela Burduli takes care that his hotel offers healthy and organic food. By buying products from the locals in the region or from the nearby regions he makes sure that he provides the best food to his guests. Moreover, the locals have a stabile income from the hotel.

Apart from purchasing in foods, Gela has always been concentrated on the local community in a way that they were involved actively in tourism. He has been training and employing the locals and by doing so he makes them enlightened and inward-looking in tourism, hosting the guests, leading them through the mountains and sacred places of the region, showing the local spirit to them.
