Policy on children staying with parents:
 

The stay for children under three years of age is complimentary. If you have young ones aged between three and 12, you have to pay 50 per cent of the cost for them. Children older than 12 years are charged the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy:
 

 

If you change your plans, please inform the hotel two weeks before your arrival. Otherwise you are charged 20 per cent of the total cost. If you do not show up, a night's cost will not be refunded to you.
