Irine's Place is one of the best low-budget options in Tbilisi. It is centrally located and very popular with backpackers in summer. There is a cosmopolitan atmosphere, with flags from every country hanging in the hall. It is place to exchange travel information and meet peopel from other regions. You feel like a member of the big family: the host Irine and travellers from different countries sit and talk in the evenings about everything, everything except politics!
