The rates do not include breakfast. As the guesthouse is located just off the so-called ‘Staff Village' of Sport Hotel Gudauri, the guests can refer to the staff for any additional services they might need.

In case you check out later than 12:00 pm, you have to pay 50% of one night's cost.
Children below the age of three can stay free of charge. For those between the ages of three to ten, you have to pay 50% charges. Children above the age of ten are charged as adults.
If you change your plans, please inform us two weeks before arrival. Otherwise you are charged 15% of the total cost.
The guesthouse should be rented to 4-5 travelers. If you are less than 4 and need to book the guesthouse, you have to pay for the whole house. Otherwise some other travelers might share the lodge together with you.
