Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Our transport will be as following: Tbilisi-Zugdidi - train; Zugdidi - Mestia - minibuses / Jeeps; Mestia - Zugdidi - minibuses / Jeeps; Zugdidi - Tbilisi - train.
Please note: Such arrangement of transportation is the cheapest way. If you require transportation to Mestia by car, inform us and we will take it into account.
The rates include:
Train tickets Tbilisi - Zugdidi - Tbilisi, transportation by minibuses Zugdidi - Mestia - Zugdidi, meals, 1 x overnight in local families in Mazeri village, 1 x overnight in camps near Guli Glacier, 1 x overnight in a hotel in Mestia, museum entrance fee in Mestia, transportation of luggage by horses Becho - Guli Glacier - Mestia, cooking courses.
