Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
The tour leaves from Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, by bus. The amount of seats depends on the number of tourists. The buses feature air conditioning and wide windows for great views. The tour is accompanied by a qualified cultural guide, who can speak in English, German or Russian language, based upon your demand.
If you are taking children with you, please inform us when booking so that we can agree on the rates for children.
The rates include transportation, guide, museum fee and meals.
