Getting there
Driving in a 4x4 vehicle takes 8 hours from Tbilisi to Omalo village. You can make use of public transport also: minibuses leave from Tbilisi Ortachala Bus Station, they take you to Alvani. From Alvani hire a Jeep and get to Omalo. Signboards on the way point to the visitors' centre.
